How many marks is an error of course under JEF (Japan) rules?
Under JEF (Japan) rules errors of course cost 0.5 percentage points, then 1 percentage point off the final score, with elimination on the third error.
That is the rule in the JEF Competition Rules, Part 4 Dressage, Art. 424 4.1.2 (38th edition, in force 1 Apr 2026), and the calculator applies it automatically. Rules get revised, so where your rule book or sheet differs, the sheet is right.
