These 36 earlier editions are no longer the current FEI tests. They are here for completeness, for anyone scoring an old sheet or a competition still running one. Each row links to the edition that replaced it; for a competition today, use that one. In the calculator they sit in their own group at the bottom of the test list, and picking one says what replaced it.

How many marks is an error of course under FEI rules?
In FEI senior, Under 25 and Young Rider tests the first error of course costs 2 percentage points off the final score, and a second error means elimination.
FEI Young Horse, Children, Pony and Junior tests use the youth scale instead: 0.5 then 1 percentage point, with elimination on the third error. The calculator applies the right scale automatically for the test you pick.
That is the rule in the FEI Dressage Rules, Art. 424 (26th edition incl. 1 Jan 2026 updates), and the calculator applies it automatically. Rules get revised, so where your rule book or sheet differs, the sheet is right.
